Work session watersystem challenges

Last week we had the first working session for the Climate Adaptive Registration (CARE) project with 16 different organizations. The CARE project is part of the Interreg program EMFloodResilience.

The aim of these work sessions is to combine knowledge with various partners and to come up with building blocks for a climate adaptive watersystem to limit flooding.

The first work session focused on orientation. Together, a first step has been taken to see which challenges affect our watersystem and which policy is currently in force. We also looked at future challenges and how various social problems can have an impact on climate adaptation.

In the next two work sessions we will take a look at possible solutions that can contribute to a climate adaptive watersystem.
